The other night Sam and I watched Michael Bays The Island. Starring Ewan McGregor, Scarlett Johansson, Steve Buscemi and more. We had actually seen it before, or the second half before, and tellingly, the first hour wasnt really that important. Picked up in the second hour, but all and all, kinda meh. Of course, over 2 hours of Ewan is always a good thing, and Michael Bay is the king of big productions, just wish it was shorter and a bit more interesting. Another upside was Scarlett didnt have a lot of lines (wrong generation, see the film :). )
