The story is not true: the list of the nominees was submitted yesterday! So please, when was the application for the order being filed, assigned, heard & ruled? And when was the said order being served on the Members, since Courts officially sit by 9am and the Members was reported to hav sat by the same 9am? And asuming without conceading that there was service of the said order, can service on former Speaker be considered a good service? Haba we ar not fools! Or could it be that the Order was obtained before the court sat?
