.................The tricking of the people......... ..........Heard Rev Bernard telling his congreation that the word is working for him and he wants it to work for them also. He was alluding to his financial success as evidence that the word/the bible is working for him. Actually it was a trickey use of words because he like most financially suceessful pastors are successful not because of the word but rather ( because they are able to convince their respective congregations/followers to bring in/give him their offering/money. So in essence their wealth comes from the very poor or congregations they are giving finacial counsel to. I am always amazed how these preachers can tell people that their financial state of lack or plenty is due to their faith yet these same pastors dont have that faith nor know how to exercise that faith they talk about to make lost legs and arms grow back, make the wheelchair bound walk, nor vision restored to the blind. If his faith is so strong why does he need to wear glasses, why arent the terminally sick being healed in his churh? People are continued to be tricked by pastors and politicians because they dont really hears nor truly scrutinize what these people spout out. Jesus/Yeshua said ( life does not consist in the abundance of possessions), so ones financial state is not evidence of ones understanding nor appliance of the bible. Paul the greatest apostle nor any of the twelve disciples were not financially successful.
