This afternoon, at about 3:30 pm, Sioux Falls Troopers responded to a crash just east of the Harrisburg exit on 273rd Street. A 2005 Yamaha motorcycle was westbound on 273rd Street when a 2001 GMC Sierra pickup turned in front of the them. Both the driver and passenger on the motorcycle were ejected from the motorcycle. The driver and passenger were taken to a local hospital with injuries. The passenger was wearing a helmet, but the driver wasnt. The crash remains under investigation. The Lincoln County Sheriffs Department, Tea Police Department, Tea Fire and Rescue, and Tea Ambulance assisted.
