This is one of my earthly fathers devotions that he wrote in his life, most of my friends know that my dad Bro. Bob Fulcher was a minister for over 65 years and he lived his life for God and walked the narrow road. Interesting that i picked this up today, especially after yesterdays broadcast. My friend Timothy McClelland, i know you will enjoy this one! When All Else Fails Follow The Directions : We may not like to be told our like on discipline. But a wise person will heed instructions. There are many dangers daily we face, that we do well to listen. Whether driving our automobile or flying airplanes or daily occupations. I enjoy flying airplanes and I realize the importance of control and following directions. One day I was flying with a friend who was a instrument instructor. As we were flying along- I asked him if this were in the clouds, would you follow your own instinct, own feelings, or go by the instruments? He knew and answered, by the instruments. How often do we want to go our own way, rather than follow Gods plan. Revealed in Gods book The Bible. This book will set our course right, safety and destiny is assured. Jesus I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6 ( The questions that i post on fb at times does not intend to be judgmental, most of them relate to my life and not heeding instruction from my earthly father nor my Heavenly Father. Yes i reaped the consequences of my sins, but praise God for His mercy and forgiveness. But whoever listens to me will be secure and without fear of evil. Proverbs 1:33 Praying, God Bless!
