This is the diet I started this week to get me that boost I needed (and NO it really isnt a big secret nor am I tricking anyone) I have got a good amount of recipes so I am going to maybe change my diet completely to follow this until ive lost the weight I want to lose, Ill keep you posted on my journey consists of: this should only be done for one week or 2 at the most and no strenuous exercise. DRINK at least 2 litres of water each day but no more than 4. after day 2 was done I felt so much better. when I get the chance ill take photos of my meals and put on recipes.
