Sample journal entry from one of our morning athletes at West: My log from 10/18/2012: I did: Intermediate: 7 wall-walks (in lieu of 20 HSPU) 30 jumping ring pull-ups 40 KB swings using Blue 50 sit-ups 60 burpees In 15:24. My log from today, 9/12/2013: 20 HSPUs using 3 abmats (my first time doing HSPU in a workout!) 30 jumping bar pull-ups 40 KB swings (yellow) 60 sit-ups 70 burpees In 14:10. What a difference 11 months makes!!!
