Threat to the Honble Judge Wont divulge the name at this moment, but will definitely come up with it in future. An Allahabad High Court Judge was coming to Lucknow from Allahabad. For whatever confusion and reasons (either the fault of the escort persons or some unexplained error), the escort duty attached with the Judge, got off midway leaving the Judges vehicle alone. The Judge reached Lucknow safely. But the very next day the DGP call called in the Chamber and was issued strong instructions in this regards. As if this was not enough, the matter was directed to be enquired so as to fix the dereliction of duty. I make it clear that I did not get any of this information in my official capacity but came to know this on my personal level. But the questions that come to my mind are-Even if the escort left midway and the Honble Judge could safely reach Lucknow, was it not enough in itself? If people of the stature of Honble Judges are so much concerned and preoccupied with their personal facilities, how can the required changes in the Nations desired roadmap be implemented? How can they come to have true allegiance to the Constitutional oath of equality and socialism? How can they understand the pain of the people living without any security cover? The issues are germane. Would request your kind consideration.
