To both sides of the fence with regards to the recent trend around boycotting. Please moderate & educate yourselves before deciding to champion or slander sides, companies, race, and religion. Get a dam clue before commenting on this conflict or dont comment at all please. Getting riled up on a subject that you know little or nothing off just because its under global spotlight now, and then articulating lop-sided opinions publicly on social media, does not make you an intellectual. Im quite disgusted having to read derogatory status updates around this topic that are driven primarily by ignorance, bigoted opportunists, & ulterior motive as opposed to the objective facts, freedom of choice, and genuine concern for the loss of life. At the end of the day, we are all human beings. Part of one race -- the Human Race. Ever bleedin heard of it? NO member of our species should stand by silent, let alone support the murderous rampage that we see in Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Myanmar, and for that same reason, anywhere in the world where children -- irrespective of color, race, or religion, have to wake up to the sound of bombs as opposed to birds every morning. Whatever your political sentiments are, wake up. The recent stats around body-count speak for themselves. For the sake of clarity, lets take the recent attacks in Gaza; Question. How many Palestinians have died till now since 8th July 2014? Next, how many Israelis have died till now since 8th July 2014? Go find out. Id like to see how quick an update, condemning that fact gets posted on your social media accounts, instead of highlighting how ridiculous boycotting is. Cheers.
