Today Ive a chance to have lunch @ Montien Hotel and got the worst experience I ever had in any such hotel on the planet. I guess there are some mistake or cheat at staff level or somehow. I was having a guest invited for lunch. There was an old fat ugly lady came to my table not introducing herself only came from accountant try to investigate a matter of coupon. She try to INTERROGATE me on the matter of how I got the coupon which is none of her business. I bought them cash from the hotel. And there is not what so ever her business to come and SIT on my table ... Which is absolutely rude!!!! I was try to brush her away because Ive a guest and not try to let this ruin my day.. No... it is not finish yet.... After I finish the meal There was a guy claim himself as an Assistant Manager Named... ALLEN but he is born Thai >> I ve asked him.. INTERROGATE me on the same matter again.... What the hell is that???? I dont need to know what is your problem. There is none of my business... I bought coupons from your hotel... it your coupons and what the hell is that... Is there no Staff training??? at this hotel??? I demand the GM at the moment and the staff try to cover me from him... I had another appointment to attend to so I could not wait for The General Manager... Then I try to call after hour to let him know this matter But NO.... youve to contact GM at work hour only .. Tomorrow 14.00 (hope I finished my trans continent meeting on time , I ll come to see MR, GM and try to see what this madness and rudeness is all about ...... Ive another 4 or Ill call my friend to claim them back another 4 altogether 8. If anyone interested for free meal exchanging for a little harassment from a old ugly fat lady and bald headed Assistant Manager, please feel free to contact me in any shape of form.
