Two hour surgery for Missys butt! Surgeon just called and she did fine. Bone and infected tissue removed. as he explained from the X-rays at our consult , the bone in her little tail curved downward so the end of it was constantly jabbing into the tissue around it. So sore and infected pocket that would never stay healed up without surgery. He said she wont look that much different from the outside. He made her a little tail flap. The doc is a perfectionist!
