UPSC Combined Defence Services extends its online registration for the 2015 exam The last date for filling the online application form for UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination 2015 has been extended till December 8, 2014. The online application form is available on UPSCs official website. The CDS examination will be conducted on February 15, 2015 for filling 464 different vacancies. Courses and vacancies: Candidates passing the combined defence services examination will be given admission to following courses: Indian Military Academy, Dheradun - 200 Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala - 45 Air Force Academy, Hyderabad - 32 Officers Training Academy, Chennai - 175 Officers training academy - 12 Examination: The paper will consists of following subjects: English General Knowledge Elementary Mathematics including Arithmetic, Algebra, Trigonometry. All sections will be for a duration of two hours with maximum of 100 marks each. How to apply: Eligible candidates are required to apply online on the official website of UPSC and according to a prescribed format as mentioned in the recruitment notice. Eligible candidates shall be issued an admit card three weeks before the examination. The e-admit card will be made available on the UPSC website for downloading by the candidates. No e-admit card will be sent by post. All the applicants are required to provide valid email ID while filling the applications. Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 200 either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Hyderabad/Mysore/Patiala/Travancore by using Visa/ Master credit/ Debit card.
