Bangladeshi national preferred Experience: 10-13 years I. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The Channel Manager wins, maintains and expands relationship with assigned channel partner. The position is responsible for achieving sales, profitability and guide the partner.The channel Manger represents the entire range of their products and services. The primary role of this position is to drive and facilitate Bangladesh sales through the distributor partner. II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Key Measurements Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in Bangladesh. Achieves assigned sales quota / revenue in designated distributor account Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned distributor partner. Maintains high partner satisfaction rating that meet their standard/ KPI Coordinates the involvement of their personnel - including support , service & management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectation. Proactively assesses, clarifies & validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame … captured in KPI Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets & critical milestones associated with productive partner relationship Complete partner account plans that meet their standard… and measured through KPI Ensure partner compliance with partner agreement Activity bowler & action item III. REQUIREMENTS Education Required: · Education – Bachelor degree in Engineering & MBA or an equivalent degree Work Experience: · Work experience - Minimum of 10 years of channel sales experience in business to business sales environment Knowledge/Skills Required: · Analytic Skills · Leadership Skills · Negotiation skills Certifications Required: · NA Special Qualifications: Good Interpersonal skills If aware of the local market , it will be added advantage
