Vallejo Police found my stolen car in a chop-shop. They refuse to tell me the condition. If I decide to keep it its gonna cost at least $600, if I decide to dispose of it, its gonna cost $600. Either way, Im gonna lose a day of studying when my MA thesis is due in less than 3 weeks. I really wasnt that upset at the dude who stole my car, but I am upset at the system that punishes the victim by imposing financial hardship on me with fines when Im the victim here. Screw you system.
