Vision-Box HR Partner – R&D Software Development DepartmentLisbon Area, Portugal, PT - Information Technology and Services The HR Partner stands side-by-side with the Country or Business Director, as a real business partner; represent and apply the HR regulations/processes in place at Vision-Box, ensuring that provides feedback to the HR People Support Coordinator if and when adjustments are necessary to better support the type of business engagements that R&D Software Development Department faces. The HR Partner will ensure that strategic processes such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Induction, Retention, Development and Succession are introduced, followed and respected, acting as the HR coordinator for the R&D Software Development Department. The primary responsibilities for the HR Partner will include the following: Be the HR Business partner to the R&D Software Development Department, understanding the specifics and being constantly aware of the need to hire, retain and progress Top Talents; Get involved in all the HR activities involving the Departments he or she supports; Deliver all the applicable HR Processes in place to the areas of which he or she is responsible; Produce and present, on a regular basis, the HR Dashboard information or any other relevant to the business; Comply and assure compliance with the Country specific Labor and Taxes Legislation and report any non-conformity detected in this area.
