Was thinking about the apostle John - when writing, he always referred to himself as the disciple Jesus loved. I know Jesus loved the other disciples as much as He did John, but none of them described themselves that way. The difference wasnt in Jesus love - it was in their perception of that love. I hope you know how special you are to God. He loves you so much that He gave everything He had (Jesus) just to get you back. As far as Hes concerned its settled - HE LOVES YOU! Nothing you can do will make Him love you any more or any less. Problem is, we often think more about our shortcomings and inadequacies than HIS LOVE. Its time to change that. Today, when those thoughts come - you should be more - should have done it better. You know what Im talking about - wish I would have - known I should have - if I only could have. STOP IT! Tell yourself, Im the one Jesus loves. If youll say that enough, youll believe it. Its all in the perception. How we think is how well be.
