We dined last night at a five star establishment in Laguna Vista. It was at Collins Irish and Hispanic Bistro. The food was chefs quality and our chef was beautiful. We had the Spanish Meatballs in Smoky Chipotle Sauce served over linguine, the most wonderful fresh vegetable salad I have ever sunk my teeth into, perfect garlic toast, and wonderful Mocato wine. We ate like we were starved. And they gave us a doggy bag to bring home for today. There are no words to say how delicious the food was. After dinner we were treated to a lovely movie, Frozen, which I had never seen. It was awesome and made even more so by the added singing and dancing of Mr. Beezy and Miss Chloe. They knew the words and moves by heart and it was wonderful. I lay in the bed and smiled thinking of him singing those songs. We had a lovely, lovely evening children and we thank you from the depth of our hearts. Love you more than words can tell.
