We profile South Korean midfielder. - Born in Gwangju, South Korea on 24 January 1989. - Ki moved to Australia and studied at the John Paul College as he looked to pursue a career in football. - The 24-year old returned to South Korea and joined FC Seoul in 2006. - In three years in the South Korean capital Ki made 92 appearances and scored nine goals. - Ki joined Celtic in December 2009 for a fee of £2.1m. - The South Korea international won both the SPL title and Scottish League Cup in his three years at Celtic Park. - Ki joined Swansea City for a reported £6million ahead of the 2012-13 season and made 38 appearances in his debut campaign as the Swans went on to win the Capital One Cup. - A superb passer of the ball, Ki also filled in in a defensive position towards the end of the campaign. - He has been capped 51 times by South Korea, scoring five goals.
