We strongly believe that corporates are a safe gate to our nations’ prosperity and security, taking a step back from the holistic overview of this event, we come to find that without creating agents of change within every corporate, our economy and culture is in great danger. Loving your people isn’t only about being humane and kind, it has more importance and significance than many of us realize, many researches over the past couple of years took it as their primary concern to prove the effect of a loving cultures not only on employees’ level of engagement, loyalty and creativity but mainly and more importantly the effect of a loving caring culture on ROI and profits. It is a breakthrough that shouldn’t be taken lightly We are all connected, through many mediums, whether it is social media or social gatherings; hence the national security of Egypt all lies in the hands of the working force. Believing in your people, investing in them love and care (financial investment is not the only way to do it) equals creating a critical mass that is educated, cared for, has a sense of ownership and belonging.
