Well I got to play Inspector Clouseau this morning. Seems that some dirt bag decided that he needed my bicycle more than I did and took out our garage in broad day light. So I called the cops and made a report and then decided to cruise the neighborhood. Also checked into two local bike shops to see if it turned up. And sure enough when I went to the second shop there it sat. Luckily I had the serial number to prove that it was mine. The police came and verified that it was mine and ask how he got it. He said that some dirt bag brought it in yesterday and said that he needed money bad so the owner bought it from him for $40.00. So the dirt bag got forty bucks, the owner is out forty bucks and I have my bike back. Its tie to post a sign that this property is protected by Smith & Wesson three days a week and you your job to guess which days that might be !
