Well I have decided within the next couple of years, to enlist and join the USMC. It has been a life long calling, as long as I can remember infraction. My family on my fathers side has a very strong military heritage, so that is one reason among many the drives my passion for the marine core, but above all of that its something that I have come to realize, is my true calling, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is my purpose in life. This is why I was put on this earth, to be a marine, and to protect and serve my country in the deepest and greatest way possible. I know I have a long hard journey ahead of me, but know that I have a woman that loves me and will support me through any decision I make, a woman who will fight for me as hard as I have fought for her. And knowing I have a child on the way and a 5 year old boy that I consider my own, well that makes it that much easier for me and gives me that much more strength to venture into this long perilous road that lay ahead of me. I know my entire family will support my choice and for that I cannot be more thankful than I already am.
