I have osteoarthritis in my knees and degenerative bone issues they are sending me to a orthopedic dr soon and Im now on thyroid meds, cholesterol meds, fighting depression and stress, and Im borderline diabetic so its crunch time for this girl!!!! Oh and gotta have. Mammogram. So Definately Time to get my ass in gear and lose some lbs and get to feelin better. I hate feeling sluggish, tired all the time and just not myself!!!! Gonna need all the support and encouragement I can get please yall???
