I have been tried and provoaked badly today and yes, I spouted back with violent anger at first..; then I just walked away after coming to ... and caught myself behaving badly and giving my serenity to an undeserving person and situation.. Im unhappy about my immediate reaction as its ole familiar behavior, but I am and have been working diligently w this area of my life. I got out my headset and a pad of paper. my pencil, my smokes, my mountain dew and jammed w loud music and wrote till I coulnt think any more of anymore to say.. Yes I feel better and got alot off of my mind and off of my chest.. I got really quiet and Im back to just focusing on keeping my side of the street clean and minding my own business..
