Well, the day has FINALLY come. Laraway delivered the copies he made of the reunion DVDs tonight...the labels look great. Ive had the envelopes ready (labeled/stamped) with instructions inside just waiting. SO they will get in-the-mail Monday...plan to take them to the post office and hand carry them inside (they are marked non-machinable and do not bend). Hope those of you who ordered them ENJOY...for some of you Disk #2 might be TMI (too much information)...!!! And, moving right along...heres a photo that didnt make it on the DVD cause it just happened yesterday...3:00am Jan22, 2015. They moved the Kalakala from Hylebos Waterway/Tacoma where its been for 10yrs or so...to Blair Waterway into a graving yard to be scrapped. All efforts to raise money to restore it failed...and the old girl made her last voyage. You can check the Tacoma News Tribune site for more photos and details.
