Well,the ideal is very good,but corrupt men must be flush out of the system otherwise,they will eat people money when our present I.G.P,is no more in power,secondly,police constable are the lowest paid public servant in Nigeria with just #40,000 naira only which cannot take them for two weeks,i beg our IGP should do something about constable/rank and file salary,promotion is too too long,atleast 3 or 4 years promotion should come unlike now,one will be in one rank for over 7years,welfar package should be look into,all the same,the ideal is good,the you IGP.
