Well this makes a load of sense... I am incredibly fortunate that I have so many amazing friends and that my news-feed is generally filled with an abundance of positivity and extremely intellectual posts...but there are many times that I find myself silent because, as much as I would like to, I do not have the time to properly acknowledge *everything*. I am far too reserved in expressing my appreciation & complimenting the many wonderful elements I see so often...and seem to be guilted into inaction by doubting my ability to help those in distress. Too often I shut down because I become overwhelmed by the stimulus of sharing others pain...but I know words are powerful and the smallest token of acknowledgement goes a long way...and must learn to express myself in that regard more often. Just know that I am infinitely grateful for you all, even if I dont show it enough
