What a week! Another very sweet client note, such an honor. We honestly couldnt have done it, or perhaps its best to say, would not have wanted to, without Lauren & Jen. They are truly amazing and the advice and support that they offered during pregnancy, labor, and after, far exceeded anything we imagined. Its hard to describe a Doulas role really, or I guess you could say that we didnt know what to expect. But they are magical in many ways...a grandmother like quality in their temperament and calming nature, a source of knowledge and wisdom only known to those who have vetted questions for years, a friend in their willingness to discuss anything, a sister in their an unwavering support, and a rock - always there. Lets just say after having them share this stage in life with us, they end up kind of feeling like family, and they will be around for our second one for sure!
