Wow... I cant even put into words my thoughts or emotions Im currently experiencing. To all my friends and family who wished me a farewell, have been following my adventure with me, and awaiting my return home. Iv just accomplish my challenge of a 500 mile journey, with the exception of a few taxis and a couple train rides, Iv walked over 450 miles by foot across the entire north coast of Spain. I embarked on this journey 31 days ago with no real knowledge of what I was getting myself into. This experience has been mental and physical, my mission has been brutal and beautiful, at times I felt lost in the middle of nowhere- but with determination and perseverance I managed to find myself in the middle of nowhere. My journey has broken me down physically and completely obliterated me mentally, but with five rolls of medical tape, 600ml ibu profane, and confronting deep inner thought, Iv managed to restructure my entire mind body and soul. If there is anything that Iv taken from this real life roller coaster of emotions its that El camino will provide and further more that I now have the insight and knowledge to truly begin My camino. As much of a personal battle this has been, I would not have been able to concur the camino OR myself with out the help of my new friends and new family. Thank you to all of the pilgrims who helped push myself physically, guide me mentally, and share spiritual enlightenment. In my eyes, a path this righteous is not possible for one man to concur, and for your help I am forever in debt to the beautiful people you are inside and out. I cant wait to apply my new found knowledge of myself and love and appreciation of this world to the rest of my life. My camino begins now.
