Yes the southerly winds have arrived and have bought with them a definite chill factor. The sun is shining but the wind appears to be blowing the warmth away, still a good excuse to huddle around the camp fire or cuddle up close to someone. No rain forecast for the next five days, so that will give us a chance to get mowing and slashing. Powered sites & some accommodation still available over the school holidays if you are wanting a few creature comforts and of course plenty of unpowered spots, you are most welcome to bring a generator and even the family dog if you wish.
