Yesterday was awesome ! I woke on insomnia time - about 2:00 am but somehow felt like organizing! Our desk has needed it for several MONTHS and I got it all done, sorting out things in piles. I made stacks to put in 3 ring binders, one stack for the booth, one to go to the branch library, one to leave for new Sr Missionaries and one for our mission memory book. I cleared off the little tables in the front room after I did the desk. When Ray got up, I organized my scarves, sorting ones I didnt wear to donate to our favorite thrift store here. I ate breakfast, washed dishes, cleared of Rays desk table, got us our vitamins, swished my teeth with coconut oil and then brushed them and dressed. By that time it was 10:00 and we went to the booth. That is when I organized the booths 3 ring binder AND the whole booth bin, making it like a huge file with the media we has stored in our home added to it with homemade tab dividers to find things. As I was almost finished with the bin, a lady with her own booth came to get me and I gave them ideas to rearrange their booth, putting like things to get her ( kitchen stuff, things to wear, kid stuff, college fan stuff, electronics, decorator stuff with sub areas for western etc. I suggested moving tall shelves to side front to be seen on both sides, clothing rack to the back etc. I came later and worked with them. :) They gave us a perfect hassock for our booth too. In magenta and gold. I also shared Family History info. as people walked by, and Ray has left to support Elders in teaching a single lady, and that went great too :) Ray came back and I was shocked it was time for lunch! Went home for a salad then a short 30 min nap ( usually I sleep 2 hours) after which I ate one mint patty left from the St training found when organizing my purse in the wee hours) Then back to the booth. More good interaction with people and I finished the booths 3 ring binder. I walked the store helping others while Ray manned the booth as he worked on Family History then at 4:30 I suddenly hit a wall of tired!!! Soooo tired my speech was coming out with the wrong words! Was it the candy making my blood sugar drop or did my huge day just catch up with me!? Anyway, it was an awesome day, getting several major things off my list and helping others! Oh, I forgot, we also got a package delivered of media I had ordered from Deseret Book to help some contacts here with reading difficulties - some DVDs of all 4 kids comic book style (with little pictures & few words) plus the books, timeline book marks etc. :) Awesome Day! So thankful for it!!!
