Zeitgeist the film... its been criticised, and some have said that some of the references are flawed (mostly with reference to the historical Jesus) but that doesnt mean one can throw the baby out with the bathwater... the thing is, it does explain many of the seemingly lunatic and and unbelievable strategies we are seeing at the moment, such as the Snowden information, the progressive limitation of civil liberties and ordinary rights, the militarisation of the police in America, (and the UK), the constant use of the war on terror as a fear tactic and manipulation of ordinary people... and the complete mess we have now in the middle east that is awash with military hardware and military nowhow provided by the US and the UK. Some people make a lot of money out of war... and it isnt ordinary people who try and get on with their lives but increasingly find themselves unable to buy a home, make a living and get decent healthcare.
