erinmoussaproperties/ After only 2 weeks, I have already experienced the satisfaction of helping clients through the emotional and anxious experience of relocating to a new city. Their list of needs was extensive, but the time frame to find a home was extremely short. After having a poor experience with a different agency, they said that my enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air. It took a lot of effort, out of the box thinking, and support from my Keller Williams team, especially Joan Fox, Maria Graham, Barb Roberts, and Nancy Scanlon ! How lucky I am to have found such a great place! It is also very nice to realize that teaching has truly prepared me for this new career: 1. My empathetic qualities create a tireless dedication to doing for others as I wish someone would do for me. It also allows me to not take peoples anxiety or emotional reactions personally. 2. The countless years of being Vice President, on Negotiations Teams, and Grievance Chair ensures that I can negotiate, interpret, and write terms and agreements for my clients. 3. My use of technology prepared me to upload, google doc, hyperlink and crop just about anything thrown at me. 4. My Martha Stewart tendencies combined with Pinterest obsession helps with staging/redecorating recommendations, photographing, publicity, and appreciating properties--not only the high end beauties, but also the diamonds in the rough with a history to be honored. 5. I didnt eat, drink, or pee at school, so no biggie! erinmoussaproperties/
