https://youtube/watch?v=DWZFB4UQZVo Part 2! Really crazy quintuple drop set. Barbell (110 pounds and 106 pounds of band tension) drop set, all paused. Did a pronated and supinated grip version, so challenging. 40 pound pause pistols, super setted with 20 pound pistol pause front raises. Tuck Planche Pause Pushup drop set. Single leg, other leg, both legs tucked. Single leg 50 pound wall squat, super setted with bodyweight single leg wall squat. Final move was 80 pound dumbbells pause bench press, super setted with 50 pound dumbbells pause bench press. Next week or something I might get the rest of the workout, but its very similar to how it was, but now with drop sets.
