#icebucketchallenge So I was nominated by my nephew Isaac Reynolds for the challenge. I went and visited the MND Association website to learn I was to throw a bucket of Iced Water over my head or avoid the Challenge by making a donation or both. So I have used the time I would have spent getting wet and dry again to make this video, hopefully raising a little awareness. I would like to now invite anyone that reads this to take part in some way to raise awareness.
