passive-aggressive people: it does not mean they never get fed up. they do, but some of them do not confront the frenemy but coat their pain and gall and the offense in shades of lexis and literature. for the uneducated: an innocent assistance does not mean trespassing boundaries. boundaries mean line of authority, and assistance does not mean you decide for the concerned or override his/her capacity to decide especially if you are not his/her superior--even if that person is incompetent to you. in counseling: according to Fr. Ted, you do not decide for the person but you allow him/her to decide on his/her own by allowing him/her to process his or her choices or options. to offer assistance should be the same. boundaries: it means you know where you stand, you know the thin line between your territory and another ones territory. a truly educated person knows lines and territories and boundaries--education is so much more than the length of experience, schooling, or the amount of knowledge you have, or the title--it is respect. a true-blooded erudite: knows respect and boundaries and acknowledges both. remember, not respecting and acknowledging boundaries and territories is a prelude to war. and some of us are not war freaks. we try to co-exist while trying to do our jobs best, and yes, some of us respect territories and boundaries. usurpation: defined as a wrongful seizure or exercise of authority or privilege belonging to another. it should resound to anyones system, and it should be something to consider in any action pertaining to assistance, especially if a certain aid had never been called for. that would then become unsolicited assistance a.k.a. undermining? or gross assumption? and any risk or consequence which may boomerang to the another would not go to the one who exercised someones authority for him/her. assumption: is lifes lowest level of knowledge. (Dr. Ed Cole) should you assume or exercise responsibility that is not yours, be sure you are sanctioned or delegated to do such, otherwise, your erudition is tantamount to lifes lowest level of knowledge. nuf said. should passive-aggressive people have more to say, they will do so without prior notice. and since in FB they do not have to confront the frenemy, those who follow this story should wait for further updates. that would be all, thank you.
