the dairy industry makes ads and commercials like crazy to make sure you still believe the BS. time to UNLEARN the lies. these ads often make it sound like if you dont drink milk your bones are crumble....so far from the truth. and plant based calcium is the best kind, and your body absorbs it so well VS all the scary stuff dairy comes with (hormones, antibiotics, chemicals that have been linked to several cancers!, pollution, horrific animal treatment)......soooo please keep dairy away from me please. fact: the western world that loves to drink milk ( which include US) have much higher occurences of osteoperosis?! HUH!? soooo im confused....raaaaiiiiight, my point exactly. (and of course bone health has many other factors included like exercise, high sodium intake and drinks like soda and coffee).
