this request is from a friend I use to work with a few years ago...I ask a favor of my facebook friends. I have a very dear friend battling terminal cancer. Along with this battle, over the past few years shes had to deal with the loss her husband and her father. Shes a strong woman and I admire her strength and the faith she has developed in our God. Shes fought a good fight thus far and I believe that God will continue to touch her body. However, she spends most days home alone. Some days she doesnt even get a phone call. Loneliness can cause you to feel anxious, depressed and many more unpleasant emotions. So to lift her spirits, Id like to ask that you take a moment to send her a Christmas card or a note of encouragement. I think getting a nice note or a Christmas card would brighten her day. Please share this with your friends...put it in your church bulletin or just tell someone. Id love to see her get lots and lots of cards.
