very proud of my son Ben for fixing the shower in his rental unit - he had to have the whole floors water cut off after the water wouldnt shut off in his unit cause he didnt know that the taps he opened up at his knee was the shut off valve - got soaking wet bailing out the bathtub cause the drain was too small to let all the flowing water drain out at normal speed - luckily the nice tenant offered to clean up the bathroom as Maddie was screaming for lunch and I think she was scared to let him stay - hasnt finished the caulking yet but at least the shower valve has been changed and what is a leak after a flood - Ben I love yah - havent had such a great laugh in a long time - please call when you plan on laying the sod
