ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ២៦ ខែ សីហា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៤, ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត ញឹម វណ្ណដា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងជាអនុប្រធានទី១ គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រោះមហន្តរាយ បានអនុញ្ញាតអោយលោក Sanny Ramos Jegillos មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ថ្នាក់តំបន់ទទួលបន្ទុកការត្រៀមបង្ការគ្រោះមហន្តរាយ និងការស្តារឡើងវិញ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារបង្កើតកម្មវិធីកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យគ្រោះមហន្តរាយនៅកម្ពុជា ។ In the morning of 26th August 2014, H.E Dr. Nhim Vanda, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission and First Vice President of the National Committee for Disaster management, had a meeting with Mr. Sanny Ramos Jegillos, Regional Practice Leader for Crisis Prevention and Recovery, to discuss opportunities to develop and formulate the Disaster Risk Reduction Programme in Cambodia.
