Peru’s depopulation program expanded nationwide through the adoption of salt fluoridation in 1992. Milk fluoridation augments the depopulation program in the city of Trujillo. As a result, the total fertility rate declined from 6 children per woman prior to 1975 to 2.2 children per woman today. Even so the population, which is currently 31 million, is expected to grow to 42 million by 2050. Since the government could not reach indigenous women in remote Andean villages with either water, salt or milk fluoridation, the Fujimori government forcibly sterilized 300,000 peasant women and 22,000 men surgically between 1995 and 2000. As expected, Prosecutor Guzman, found no evidence of coerced sterilization in his 2014 verdict, as that would have indicted the current government and the country’s judiciary as much as the Fujimori government, since the forced surgical sterilizations committed under the Fujimori government are but the tip of the iceberg of a national and four-decades old program of depopulation of which your government is just as guilty of committing crimes against humanity as the Fujimori government was. Since Peru’s population needs to be stabilized or else the nation will never find its way out of poverty, from which 30% of your people already suffer, I understand your predicament but cannot sympathize with you, or with the rest of the current national leaders throughout the world, for failing to lead your nation to legal, open and fair population control, which can only be accomplished through legislation. You and the remainder of the world’s national leaders are already with a foot in the grave but are too ignorant to know it and too arrogant to believe that the masses can turn on you at any second and butcher you in the street. Yet that is exactly what will happen unless you immediately change course. You, President Humala, risked your life to get rid of your corrupt predecessor, President Fujimori, only to continue exactly where he left off. Rest assured that unless you stop poisoning your people into ill-health, sterility, premature death and genetic oblivion, you will be dealt with in the same way as Fujimori, or worse, since the people of the world now know about the Global Depopulation Policy thanks to my work and sacrifices. Peru poses as a representative democracy but is anything but a democracy since the Peruvian people never gave you or your Ministry of Health permission to covertly sterilize and sicken them under various pretexts. The influential newspaper La República has called you “valiant and decisive” and I hope that you will prove to be just that by joining me in forging global consensus for a population control law that applies worldwide and is imposed on all peoples and nations from the global governance level, for that is the only way we can save the world from genocide and insanity, restore human rights and civil liberties, rescue the environment, and ensure the continuation of human civilization into the distant future.
