#2054 Today I am going to teach you a word, EFFICIENCY. UUM students are all intelligent and I believe all of you have heard about this word before. You may even need to memorize the definition of this word during some of your subject paper exam. So, what does it means? Basically efficiency is about your output and input ratio, as long as your output is bigger than your input, it means you are more likely to be a efficient person, vice versa. To the organizer of all events, in your efforts to organize such events, you may have thought you worked very hard: skipping class to attend interviews/ meetings, preparing and practicing your performance during midnight, 48 hours non-sleeping, neglecting your mid term quiz or assignment or presentation, postpone your daily exercise etc. so that you can squeeze a little bit more time for your event; but the audience response is condemning more than praising, then we should back to the word efficiency, clearly your output is so much lesser than your input. It means you are inefficient. The truth is, if your direction is wrong, the more you worked, the more awful situation awaits you. This applies to all other non-event-organizer students, the amount of time you studied does not guaranteed good result. Sometimes life will be out of your expectation, but this is life, we learn, we move on, we find the correct way to do things. Find a correct direction.
