4:00PM NEWS WITH EMMAH ATAI: Government says Gen.Sejusa is safer in confinement. Heavily-armed military police personnel have today sealed off former spymaster Gen David Sejusa’s residence in Naguru, Kampala. The motive of the army remains unknown. Authorities in Mbarara municipality has closed 61 schools which they say are falling below the minimum required teaching standards.
