A BIG DAY - Today I say goodbye to the place I called home for the past 14 years. I practically grew up at Miratel Solutions and have gained valuable experience in human resources, operations management and most recently business development. I have lived, loved and embodied all that is Miratel Solutions and the time has come to pursue new opportunities and new challenges. I will mostly miss all the wonderful people I have worked with, had fun with and on occasion had lively arguments with. My deepest appreciation and gratitude to Angela Puzzolanti and Tracy Ritson for all the opportunities, mentorship and guidance you have provided me along with the implicit trust you have had in me, my decisions and all of my work. I have been proud in representing the organization we built together and the many years we spent redefining outsourced nonprofit services. My heart will be with you both always. Im saddened by having to leave my colleagues who have trusted and supported me along the way (Sonia Iafrate, Alex Moffat, Angie Cardoso, Steve Debreczeni, Michelle Ross, Shobana Ratnam, Reba Thomas, Khanh Tran, Keiran Day, Marc Kroesen & Ryan Ruokonen). Throughout the years each of you have been an integral part of my personal development while contributing to a fun and challenging environment that made all the hard work at times seem effortless. To my call centre management team, I have enjoyed our time together and trust that you will continue representing Miratel to the best of your abilities and making the right decisions for the operations and that are in the best interest of our clients.
