A Declaration of Self-Rulership By Michael-Joseph: Day Notice to agent is notice to principal, and notice to principal is notice to agent. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. All men shall know by these presents that on this 1st day of August, in the year 2013CE, I, the being inhabiting this body called by my parents “Michael-Joseph”, of the Day family, being of sound mind and body, hereby and herewith assert the authority granted to me, by which I have natural self-rule and independence, which is my unalienable right under the Law given to all human-kind by the One True Living God, The Source of ALL Things, Prime Creator, et al. (hereinafter referenced with the symbol, Ø). Under the universally recognized and self-evident Supreme Law and by the Supreme Authority of Ø, I recognize that I am at liberty and under direction to exercise all rights, and I hereby and herewith assert and reserve all such rights as are endowed to me by Ø. This document supercedes all previous versions of this declaration made by me. I now exercise and invoke all remedy provided by Ø, restoring to me the rights, duties, and responsibilities originally given to and still available to all of mankind, by right of the state of atonement granted me by said Ø. By this act, I assert that I exist solely in such a place where I am free from all encumbrances overt, covert or implied. I now hereby declare the following: I understand my obligations regarding the Covenant set forth implicitly and explicitly by Ø in the document commonly known as “The Holy Bible", Authorized Version. I exist in compliance with the terms of said Covenant and understand the Law as given by Ø, written by hand and on my heart. Within this declaration the term "contract" shall be taken to mean any written, spoken, or implied agreement that carries with it binding terms and conditions. I now exercise my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally with full knowledge of all terms and conditions, or at the least, reasonable means by which they may be discovered. I deny and declare void any and all contracts heretofore assumed to be made by me. Furthermore, I do not accept any liability of compelled benefit or of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement. I also reserve my right to comport myself under color of compliance with statute without actual compliance, whenever or wherever the exercise of my real rights would result in tort or crime being committed against me. I cannot be, shall not be and am not bound to any terms or conditions of any colorable contract allegedly made by me or any corporate entity bearing my name with any man, person, sentient being, cloned being, government, corporation or Agency, (hereinafter referenced to as Agency or Agencies). and no Agency has the power, authority, or right to deprive me of remedy against hidden terms and conditions. All contracts of a non-colorable nature are subject to re-negotiation and re-acknowledgment by me and other concerned parties. I do not accept any encumbrance or obligations that result from any man-made statutes, nor do I recognize legal fictions or colorable commodities, colorable laws, policies, or terms and conditions of any contract with fictional entities as binding. Any and all contracts verbal or written, either overt, covert or implied, made by me in the past, present or future shall be viewed under the eyes of the law as entered into under duress, against my will and against the will of Ø with the following exception: From this point in time forward, only contracts where I indicate with the specific word "agreed", by my hand, in my handwriting, or by speaking with my mouth the specific word "agreed", in the presence of a witness of my choosing shall be binding. Only the use of the word "agreed" in the acceptance of any contract shall henceforth bind me to contractual terms or conditions. Any contracts entered either signed or spoken that do not meet the aforementioned criteria shall not be recognized by Law, Ø, or by me for any reason as binding and shall be judged as having been entered into by me under duress. This includes being compelled to accept colorable contracts in trade for the real value of my labor with the alternative of starvation. I shall be held blameless and immune to all implied criminality and penalty for non-compliance of any contract either through my entry into the contract or as a specified or unspecified term or condition or other violation of colorable law, perjury or otherwise in any contracts and such shall be judged as having been entered into by me under duress. I do not recognize any higher authority than myself other than Ø or my Creators. Any injury, violation or trespass either direct or indirect, conscious or unconscious; against my mind, my body, my family, my friends, or property owned by same, by any agency shall be deemed for the purposes of judicial remedy as a crime against not only myself but also against Ø, as I am the living temple of Ø and the kingdom of Ø resides within me, and this declaration shall serve as a warning to all Agencies regardless of their acknowledgment or acceptance of this declaration, as ignorance of the law is no excuse. Let it be known that no Agency shall have the power to infringe any of the rights endowed to me by Ø or my creators and that if such would be done by any Agency, it shall be judged as a crime against Ø. Let it be known to all Agencies that any document directing, implying or proving ownership of property as mine, shall hereby regard me as a self-ruled, responsible, peaceable being inhabiting this vessel of flesh, whose owner is Ø. In no way shall it be construed or implied that I am a corporation or any other entity of color. Any alleged documents having words, images, incorrect name references or punctuation proclaiming or implying that I am not self-ruled, responsible, and peaceable shall be considered to be in error or fraudulent. Any Agency proclaiming or implying that I am a corporation or that joinder exists between me and any corporation or colorable entity shall be in error and these said proclamations or implications shall be judged as a crime against the One True Living God, Ø. Any libel, slander, defamation or mischaracterizations of my mind, my body, my actions, my property, my character or my intentions (or by extension, my person, due to its connection in the minds of the profane with the real me) by any Agency shall be judged as a crime against Ø. I assert my God-given right to be judged by my peers in a de jure court of common law for any transgression alleged against me. The term “de jure” above shall be defined as: recognized, ordained and sanctioned by the source of natural law, Ø, which can only be proved through my acceptance. My peers shall be required to be themselves self-ruling, responsible, and peaceable, and living in a state of atonement. My peers shall also understand and be bound to the Covenant required by Ø and understand the basic law regarding their continued Self-Rulership. This declaration does not expire and shall not be amended by any Agency or any thing other than myself. As this right and all of my rights are held to be self-evident, this declaration requires no permission by any Agency and shall stand unimpeded, un-infringed and unchallenged. I, the being in this body called by my parents “Michael-Joseph” of the Day family, under the authority of Ø, make this declaration binding and this declaration shall be considered by all people as being in force.
