Meanwhile, we urge the Faculty to provide more support to students including, but not limited to, recording of classes and tutorials, cancellation of the attendance system (in the following week or beyond if necessary). For the past week, law students have taken part in the Students Strike, sacrificing attending classes to protest against the Standing Committee of the National Peoples Congress decision regarding universal suffrage in Hong Kong. As law students continue to strive for democracy in class boycotts, I hope you can take our request seriously and declare your stance so to show your support to fellow students.
