A RELIGIOUS / SCIENTIFIC / SOCIAL / History lesson.....lets call it learning your A B and Cs. A/ PAGANISM .....A social Order that worshipped , believed in GODS ...in most cases a hierarchy of Gods ....these Gods attributes defined specific aspects of NATURE , culminating in THE GOD / GODDESS ......the social order , generally based upon a shared Kingly / Hierocracy- ie a priestly/ priestessly rule . B/ MONOTHEISM .......The Belief in ONE GOD ....ie all the lesser Gods Attributes , attributed to ONE GOD ...specifically a UNIVERSAL , all ENCOMPASSING GOD ...ie scientifically A GOD that is the whole of CREATION itself ....more importantly not a PHYSICAL ANTHROPOMORPHIC GOD ....but a SPIRITUAL ONE that transcends TIME and SPACE ........ie THERE are NO GODS , just GOD ....the denial of IDOL WORSHIP ...please dont chop down the living tree and make a statue of the Green man and worship it ...GOD is the LIVING TREE .......GOD is ALL of LIVING Nature INCLUDING you and me .......Again a shared Kingly/ Hierocracy . C/ ATHEISM ......The Belief in NO GOD .....the UNIVERSE ..the Whole of Creation ..is basically alive and in existence but NO GOD has anything to do with anything ......MAN is the only intelligent DESIGNER in the UNIVERSE...Life has no meaning other than the meaning ANY INTELLIGENT Being gave to it ....SCIENTISTS are the ALL KNOWERS that are telling the UNIVERSE about ITS SELF .....and Politically and socially they rule in a SECULAR society ....ie RELIGION - ie GOD , has nothing to do with anything at all ....the UNIVERSE may provide for OUR EVERY NEED , but it doesnt know it is doing it , it is up to us to make the most of it according to OUR MAN MADE needs ......:]
