MIRAVAL As we move through life sludge accumulates Clouding the clarity of whats on our plates We all need a place to clear cobwebs away We create better tomorrows when were present today Where do you go in a world filled with rain How do you process all of the pain What are the keys to equanimity and health How do you get centered to build inner wealth Miraval is a place that feeds the soul The nurturance helps staving off getting old The food is made with such loving care It tastes very good and the calories so spare Grounds are a feast for eyes and ears Sights and smells generate so many cheers The mountains are oracles sharing their wisdom Helping you connect to your next sacred vision You show up not knowing what youll get here And within a brief time you prefer here to there The healing presence of people dedicated Helping you know what you want generated
