How long children of Kashmir be killed, women molested and old aged people disgraced? How long old parents have to moan over their missing sons? How long Indian brutal forces will kill unarmed civilians in fake attacks? How long Indian illegal occupation will continue on Kashmir? How long India will succeed in suppressing the voice of people there in Kashmir? How long people of Kashmir have to observe black days? How long world community can act like the mute spectator? How long world powers favor India due to its position in trade market? How long India accused Pakistan for this situation in Kashmir? There are thousands of questions on lips of every person of Kashmir which they dare to ask! But a great question arises here that, is there any authority of world community to answer and satisfy his conscious!? The state of Jammu and Kashmir is on boil since last six and half decades in particular and generally face foreign occupational rule for last five centuries. Kashmir issue arises initially when mughal empire Jala-u Din Akbar gave imprisonment to Yousaf shah Check the last empire of Kashmir. Sikh after Mughals than Dogras till 1947 and now India continued the illegal occupation over Kashmir. The people of Kashmir face ruthless and brutal operations in this long period of slavery but never bend down in the exercise of their freedom. The history of Kashmir reveals that the people of Kashmir were well known in guerrilla fighting that is why the successors of sub-continent failed to observe victory in Kashmir. Although people of the state changed their historical traits in the current phase of subjugation but the uprising of 1990 and resistant movement of 2008 to 2010 manifest their potential that if this issue couldn’t be resolved it will ignite a nuclear war between India Pakistan. The pragmatic approach proves it clearly that Kashmir issue will not die down until the resolution of issue and now it is heading towards dangerous loop which would be disastrous for whole of the region. Its severity subsides the expectations of those who assumed that this issue will disappear in the slogans of economical development, confidence building measures, trade and travel and regional cooperation. This issue has its own importance and cannot be underestimated and over sighted. India is doing its best to divert the attention of world community and gulp down this issue but till now its shrewd planning couldn’t minimize the spirit of freedom in the people of Kashmir. On the same level the efforts and struggle of people of Kashmir never yield any result neither it is expected in future if such policies go on ahead! There are many reasons of this futile exercise. The policy institutions and concerned authorities have to consider the apprehensions of those who contribute their all for the sake of this movement! They have reservations and questions in their minds, before heading forward aimlessly, there is need to heed them. Their common questions are; after the great trail and tempest where do we stand? What have we earned and lost? What have we earned further and lost more? What are the factors involved in this nonproductive struggle? Who is responsible for this all? Have people of Kashmir shown decline in their commitment or leaders could not deliver properly? To what extent APHC is effective in propagating the Kashmir issue? How APHC shaped the perspective of Kashmir in the world community? Are people of Kashmir satisfied with the role and character of APHC? Are APHC and MJC satisfied with the role what they did or doing? Is MJC’s role as appropriate as it should be? Are the allies of MJC still functional and active? What is the public opinion regarding MJC and its allies? What is the sentiment of people regarding armed struggle and Kashmir freedom movement? These are a few questions and apprehensions among the many important questions which policy institutions and concerned authorities can answer better else than others. There are no two opinions in this fact that even a lay man of this state knows that current strategy and policies neither suits to Kashmir freedom struggle and nor it gives any advantage to Pakistan. Along the human tragedies and other property losses, this zero- sum mechanism not only waste good opportunities, precious time, valuable energies and economical sums but also weakened the position of freedom movement. Along other various reasons the leadership of Kashmir is too responsible for deteriorating the ideological decline of freedom movement and the image of Pakistan at every level. Under present circumstances the solution of Kashmir issue existed nowhere; cause serious concerns to the freedom loving people of Kashmir. Nothing will go forward positively until some drastic changes in policies cannot be considered and finally undertaken with new sprit. There was a new hope that there would be a new page in policy making book but wrong things are happening again which are adding more adversity for the movement of Kashmir and Pakistan in particular. Before to it that the people of Kashmir failed to take any advantage of present scenario, the policy institutions has to play now more conscious role in architecting a better image for Pakistan and Kashmir movement, rather than to play on beaten track! The call of hour is to redevelop a better perspective for freedom movement and the image of Pakistan which is possible to work on grass root level for ideological orientation with a new sprit. For this there is need to develop socially, economically and diplomatically all social segments included children, women, youth and old people. This conscious exercise will yield moderate and indigenous, ideologically strengthen pro- Pakistani political party which will facilitate people a come on a single platform where it sums up their divergent ideas and energies so sort out solutions for all existing issues and challenges. 0200731941030 # 0210763742743
