AGBATARA The National Identity Card project under National Security Information System (NSIS) project that kicked off April 14th 2014 at all parishes across the country has come to a temporary end on Monday 11th August 2014 after four (4) months registration exercise & still caught up many people pants down. While addressing the nation on the National Identity Card project at state lodge Nakasero on April 13th 2014, His Excellency the President said that the project will be a permanent barrier to both the general & party primary election malpractices, a very bad card for criminals; they will have lots of problems because the computers will enable tell if one is a defaulter & also a lifesaving gadgets especially in situations where one is in need of blood after an accident that may perhaps leave them unconscious. The president finally said that the oppositions are already scared of the National IDs. We ask; What do you make of the national Identity Card?
