Art and Cooking Around the World July 14-18 • 9am – 4pm • $250 Grades 5-6 Each day we “visit” another country and earn a stamp in our passports. In the morning, we will create tasty dishes from a different country, and in the afternoon, we will explore that country’s art and make a piece of our own art to keep. Through the “ingredient of the week”, we will learn how many people around the world use the same foods to create their unique dishes. Each morning we will make tasty sculptures, creatures, and pictures with food, then well eat it for lunch! In the afternoons, we will continue the fun by creating food inspired art that will include character drawings, juicy paintings, veggie puppets, and more. Join renowned chefs from our favorite local eateries for a fun-filled week of cooking and food related art projects. Each morning, well meet a chef, make an incredible meal, and eat it for lunch!
